Priority Dispatch Corp. in Largo, FL is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee direct service clinical staff, including counselors, case managers, and clinicians. The role emphasizes supervision, documentation compliance, and ongoing staff development.
You will provide group and individual supervision, mentor staff, review Biopsychosocial assessments, and support adherence to regulatory standards while delivering quality clinical services to patients.
Responsible for clinical supervision and administrative oversight of direct service clinical staff (Counselors, Case Managers, Clinical Assessors, Mental Health Counselors, Peers, and other such positions). Regularly monitors all aspects of clinical documentation and the provision of clinical program services. Provides guidance and support to clinical staff via group and individual clinical supervision, qualitative and quantitative documentation reviews, direct observation, training, consultation, and mentorship to improve competency and offer structured processes for staff to learn and develop clinical skills. Leads direct service clinical staff in the provision of group and individual counseling services using best practices for substance use and mental health care, with adherence to agency policies and standards. Responsible for providing clinical services to patients as needed and documenting in accordance with company standards. May also be required to complete Biopsychosocial Assessments as needed to maintain regulatory compliance. Assists the Program Director in maintaining oversight of program structure and all clinic activities, focusing primarily on clinical services and documentation compliance and quality of services. Responsible for administrative oversight of direct service clinical staff to include attendance and performance evaluations and assists the Program Director in onboarding and orienting new clinical staff.
Master’s degree from an accredited university or college with a major in counseling, social work, psychology, nursing, rehabilitation, special education, health education, or a related human services field.
