Job summary

VO Vets in Trophy Club, TX is seeking a full-time Client Services Representative to join our AAHA-accredited, cat-friendly hospital network. The CSR will greet clients, manage the front desk, and support doctors and staff with daily administrative tasks in a busy veterinary setting.

The role emphasizes compassionate client interactions, handling payments, and assisting with scheduling and records while maintaining a smooth clinic flow across the Suveto network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year working in a customer service environment.
• Must be computer literate; basic computer skills to navigate new software.
• Experience with EZVet is a PLUS!!
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Manage the front desk by greeting clients, checking patients in/out, scheduling rechecks and signing visitors and vendors in.
• Oversee the clinic flow.
• Manage and assist client in the euthanasia paperwork process.
• Discuss payment choices with clients.
• Process Daily Estimate Report (Out Window CSR).
• Assist with daily administrative duties such as printing schedules, pulling charts, filing, emailing medical records, distribute daily mail and purging charts in system.
• Maintain knowledge of extension numbers to reach employees throughout the network.
• Assist in emergency situations by expediting calls to triage staff members.
• May require mentoring or overseeing students from various educational programs.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.

Description

Our CSRs provide high quality customer service that meets or exceeds the expectations of our clients, support the doctors and support staff, and look for ways to continually improve the delivery of services to our clients to ensure that clients are treated with respect and compassion.
