Chino Valley Animal Hospital, part of the Suveto network, in Chino Valley, AZ, is seeking experienced full-time Client Services Representatives to join our team. This CSR role focuses on greeting clients, handling calls, scheduling, and ensuring smooth client interactions without direct patient care.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced vet setting, and prior client service experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in client services.
• Must be computer literate; basic computer skills with ability to navigate new software.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Basic computer skills
• Familiarity with impromed systems
