Mountainwood Hospital is a 4 doctor, general practice in Windsor, with a strong emphasis on preventive medicine and client service. We have an enthusiastic and friendly team of individuals who are genuinely interested in outstanding service and quality care for our clients and their pets.

We are currently looking for a compassionate receptionist to join our front office team, providing the highest level of service to both clients and patients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable and flexible team player.

Responsibilities

• Answering a multi-line phone
• Scheduling appointments and surgical procedures
• Greeting clients and patients in person and over the phone
• Checking patients in/out for appointments
• Invoicing clients and collecting payments
• Maintaining and filing patient records
• Filling prescriptions

We are currently looking for a compassionate individual with exceptional client service skills to fulfill a receptionist position within our front office team. Starting Hourly Wage $16-18/hr

Our hours of operation

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Wednesday 9:00AM – 7:00PM, and Saturday 9:00 AM-1:00 PM
