Qualifications

Client Services Representative

Department: Deferred Public Retirement

Location of Assignment: 257 E. Town Street, Suite 457, Columbus, OH 43215

Schedule: 40 hours/week

Target Start Date: 01/26/26, upon completion of new hire onboarding

Position will be fully onsite until candidate is converted into full-time CLIENT employee. Once converted, position would move to hybrid model, working both onsite and from home.

Position Summary:

You’ll tackle account inquiries, guide customers on plan benefits, and build strong relationships while gaining deep product knowledge. Qualifications:

• Experience: 1+ year in customer service or sales

• Solid understanding of legal implications of certain product features in different states
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities

Upon acceptance of offer, candidates will be required to submit to a 10-year criminal background check, urinalysis drug screen, and soft credit screen.
