Job summary

Randstad USA in Columbus, OH is seeking a entry-level Financial Services Representative to support members, plan sponsors and brokers. This hybrid role offers 2 days in office and 3 work-from-home days with a $19/hr wage, paid training, and a pathway to Series 6/63 licenses.

You will handle retirement account questions, educate customers on products, and help resolve routine inquiries while developing client relationships within a Fortune 100 organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (completed or near completion) in business, communications, economics or related field.
• One year of solid work experience in a service-related field.
• Series 6 and 63 licenses will eventually be required.
• Entry level role with 2 years of experience indicated in posting.

Responsibilities

• Taking incoming calls from public sector participants regarding retirement accounts.
• Handle basic topics such as account balance, distribution questions, password resets.
• Build meaningful connections with customers via phone inquiries and educate on products to support sales objectives.
• Uncover routine sales opportunities and market products to support sales objectives.
• Review and interpret records to make accurate decisions; resolve routine errors.

Join the Financial Services and Retirement Solutions team which assists current members, plan sponsors and brokers with account maintenance, answering questions about current 401k policies and planning for retirement.

The Details:

• Location: 3 Nationwide Plaza Columbus, Ohio 43215
• Hybrid work schedule(2Days in office and 3 work from home)
• Compensation: $19/hr ( pay increase within 6-12 months )

Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM. Saturday: 9:00 - 6:00;Open availability is required. Candidates will only work 38.75 hours per week. Schedules will be assigned post training.

Paid Training is for 5 weeks. Training hours are expected to be Monday through Friday 9am to 5:30 pm

About the Job:

As a Representative, you will provide extraordinary care to members, partners, plan sponsors and investment professionals. You will understand high level product/plan and regulatory requirements to analyze and resolve general account plan fees or plan inquiry questions will be key to success. Additionally, you will effectively interpret and articulate the company's marketing strategies when communicating with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
