Job summary

Trident Solutions is seeking a Client Services Representative to support quotes, order tracking, and client communication, with strong written and verbal skills.

The role requires independent, organized work and proficiency with ERP and Microsoft Office; graphic design experience with Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator is a plus. This is a full-time in-person position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing quotes, processing orders and documenting client approvals.
• Proficiency with ERP and Microsoft Office; familiarity with QuickBooks preferred.
• Graphic design experience with Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes and process orders.
• Document client approvals and purchase order transactions.
• Create and edit custom graphics for quotes.
• Route opportunities to sales personnel.
• Work with production to track and expedite manufacturing jobs.
• Prepare and release production jobs for new products and low-inventory items.
• Review client artwork to ensure production compliance.
