Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a highly organized individual to administer drug testing and manage electronic device installation, maintenance, and data management including alcohol and location monitoring. The role rotates between drug testing and electronic monitoring installation, with duties assigned by management.

Training and travel may be required. The candidate will meet clients, schedule appointments, manage alerts, create customer accounts, and report administrative data to supervising

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service experience.
• Clean background.
• Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to install, remove, or perform maintenance on the monitoring technologies and provide customer service duties to clients and the agencies served.
• Schedules installation appointments for all new referrals and maintenance appointments.
• Manages daily communication and equipment alerts and maintenance items.
• Creates individual customer accounts and tracks participants as well as taking payments for services provided.
• Delivers participant completion, non-compliance and payment reports to appropriate supervising agencies.
• Administers Urine Analyses samples per protocol and chain of custody procedures (on job training).
• Manages daily communication with billing and maintenance items.

Individual is responsible for administering drug testing and responsible for installing and managing electronic device installation/maintenance/and data management to include alcohol monitoring and location monitoring.
