Paycom is seeking a Drug Testing Technician to administer drug tests and provide test results and support to company staff and government agencies. This role operates under direct or general supervision and will train and certify the individual.

The position emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and adherence to policies, procedures, and best practices within a client-service framework. Background checks and drug screening are part of the process.

Formación

• 1 year of proven Customer Service experience.
• Clean background and able to pass a drug screen.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.
• Plan, organize and assign the work of others.
• Perform computer data entry.

A Drug Testing Technician is responsible for administering drug tests and the provision of test results and technical assistance to company staff and governmental agencies. Works under direct or general supervisions.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:o Administers Urinal Analyses samples per protocol and chain of custody procedures.
