In this role, you will be instrumental in applying data analytics to optimize our hotel supply strategy across two key areas: Coverage Expansion and Negotiation Support. The ideal candidate will leverage customer and third‑party data to identify opportunities for network growth and improved rate competitiveness.

The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of data science techniques and a proven track record of applying data‑driven strategies in the hospitality or lodging industry to drive business profitability, increased efficiencies and improved customer experience. You will report directly to Director Data Analytics and regularly collaborate with team(s) and other department(s).

How We Work

As a Hotel Supply Analyst, you will be expected to work in an office environment. CORPAY will set you up for success by providing:

  • Assigned workspace in Buckhead office.
  • Company‑issued equipment + remote access.
  • Formal, hands‑on training
Role Responsibilities
Coverage Expansion
  • Analyzing customer search and reservation data to identify geographic gaps in our hotel network.
  • Pinpointing cities, corridors, and regions where additional hotel coverage is needed.
  • Collaborating with the supply team to prioritize expansion efforts based on data‑driven insights.
  • Developing dashboards and reporting tools to monitor coverage performance and opportunities.
Negotiation Support
  • Evaluating the spread between our negotiated hotel rates and publicly available rates using third‑party data.
  • Identifying properties with tight rate spreads where negotiation leverage is limited.
  • Supporting the supply team in targeting specific hotels and chains for rate improvement.
  • Leading the integration of additional rate types (e.g., non‑refundable, loyalty discounts, length‑of‑stay discounts) into our analytics framework.
  • Owning the reporting and visualization of rate competitiveness across the hotel network.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics).
  • 2–3 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably involving large datasets and executive‑level reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL, Power BI).
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross‑functionally.
  • Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus but not required.

If you are passionate about leveraging data to drive business success and want to work in a collaborative and innovative work environment, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity to shape the future of workforce lodging through data‑driven strategy.
