Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 1+ year securities industry or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Excel is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume client inquiries by phone, email, in person or virtually.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate client communications.
• Process client transactions and track expenses for advisors and branches.
• Open new client accounts and verify client and security information in internal systems.
• Prepare letters, forms and client reports to support servicing and prospecting.
