Responsibilities

• Handles a high volume of daily client interactions via phone, email, in-person, and mailings.
• Provides administrative support to Financial Advisors and branch staff.
• Processes client transactions and prepares expense reports with accuracy.
• Opens new client accounts and verifies client and security information.
• Prepares letters, forms, and reports to support servicing and prospecting.
• Maintains client records and CRM data; supports marketing events.
