Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year securities industry or related work experience preferred.
• Travel less than 25%.
• Workstyle: Resident.

Responsibilities

• Serve a high volume of daily interactions with clients by phone, in person, virtually and via mailings.
• Process client financial transactions and advisor/branch expenses with accuracy.
• Open new client accounts and research client and security information.
• Prepare letters, forms and reports to assist servicing existing clients and prospecting.
• Maintain records and assist with marketing events and CRM updates.
