Job summary

SpeedPro Towson in Timonium, MD, hires a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service & Print Project Coordinator. You will greet clients, answer phones, build simple estimates, and prep customer files for print production. This hybrid role balances client relationship work with hands-on file preparation using Illustrator/Acrobat.

You’ll handle cost estimates, ensure print-readiness, and keep project timelines on track, while maintaining accurate records and occasionally visiting client sites.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Ability to translate client needs into simple, accurate cost estimates.
• Willingness to learn and use Adobe Illustrator/Acrobat for print prep.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and answer phones, building simple estimates.
• Review client files for print-readiness (resolution, color, bleed).
• Edit and prepare files for production, including cut lines for vinyl/wraps.
• Coordinate timelines between clients and production to keep jobs on schedule.
• Maintain records of orders, estimates, and client communications.
• Occasional client-site visits for measurements or account check-ins.
