SpeedPro Towson in Timonium, MD, is hiring a Customer Service & Print Project Coordinator. You will greet clients, handle calls, build simple estimates, and prep files for production.

This hybrid role balances client relations with hands-on technical file work, using Illustrator/Acrobat and basic math to ensure print-ready files. You’ll work with a small team, learn on the job, and grow skills in design software, print production, and client management while supporting diverse projects from

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and clear communicator in person, on phone, and in writing.
• Comfortable with computers and eager to learn Illustrator/Acrobat for print prep (training provided).
• Comfortable with basic math for building estimates and quotes.
• Organized and able to juggle multiple client requests and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails; greet clients in person.
• Translate client needs into simple, accurate cost estimates.
• Review client files for print-readiness (resolution, color mode, bleed).
• Edit/prep files for production (cut lines/contours).
• Communicate file issues, proofs, and revisions to clients.
• Coordinate timelines between clients and production; maintain records.
• Occasionally visit client sites for measurements or installs.
