This hybrid role blends relationship-building with hands-on file work, requiring comfort with Adobe Illustrator/Acrobat and basic math.

You will support the studio from intake to delivery, coordinate with the production team, and help ensure on-time project completion while delivering

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Comfortable with basic tech; willing to learn Illustrator/Acrobat for print prep.
• Ability to build simple cost estimates and handle multiple client requests.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails; greet clients in person.
• Translate client needs into accurate cost estimates.
• Review client files for print readiness (resolution, color, bleed).
• Edit and prepare files for production (cut lines, contours).
• Coordinate timelines between clients and production team.
