Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Team Lead in Meridian, Idaho for the Client Services Team. The role focuses on providing guidance, monitoring performance, and driving client satisfaction while coordinating work across leads and a small team of Account Managers.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and experience in payroll/finance with client services, plus strong project management and reporting skills. This is a 100% in-office role with no remote option, five days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2 years payroll, finance, or spend management with client services or support experience.
• Experience in escalations and at risk client retention.
• Project Management experience.
• Proficient in SQL, MS Access or Excel.
• Operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational initiative, guidance and support across a Client Services Team of Account Managers, enabling outstanding client satisfaction.
• Monitor team performance and provide ongoing learning opportunities.
• Work directly with clients on escalated issues and coordinate workload across the team.
• Identify and facilitate process improvements and workload management across leads.
• Coordinate cross-team communication for maximum team effectiveness.
