Poppy Bank seeks a Client Service Representative II/III/Senior to open consumer and complex business accounts, process new account transactions, and cross-sell banking products while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key duties include opening accounts, maintaining client relations, guiding customers, and supporting branch operations with accuracy and courtesy; supervisory experience is preferred, banking programs proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Senior-level role requiring 3+ years banking teller experience
• Advanced experience opening consumer and complex business accounts
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Strong customer relations skills and communication abilities
• Knowledge of basic banking regulations such as BSA and Information Security
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to handle confidential information

Responsibilities

• Interview and profile customers to recommend banking products and services
• Cross-sell bank products and refer clients to appropriate staff and partners
• Open and support consumer and business checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, and Trust & Estate Accounts
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services and regulatory requirements
• Provide expedient and courteous service to all clients
• Open and balance teller transactions and respond to client inquiries
