Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years banking teller experience for Senior CSR III.
• Advanced experience opening consumer accounts and complex business accounts.
• Strong customer relations skills and ability to communicate with staff and customers.
• Working knowledge of basic banking regulations such as BSA and Information Security.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Interview and profile customers to recommend banking products and services.
• Cross-sell bank products and services to new and existing customers.
• Open and support consumer and business checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, and Trust/Estates accounts.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and regulatory requirements.
• Provide expedient and courteous service to clients in person and on the phone.
• Ensure documentation is approved and uploaded in the core system.
• Process teller transactions as needed and maintain accurate balances.
• Support branch managers and back-up supervision duties as assigned.
