Job summary

RAS is seeking a Client Services Manager to build and nurture strong professional relationships with clients and resolve concerns, serving as a primary contact. The role coordinates with internal staff to ensure top-tier service delivery and client satisfaction, with travel as needed.

The position is home-based in the United States, requiring residency in SD, IA, or MO and frequent travel with some overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of workers’ compensation claims handling experience.
• Experience working with Third Party Administrators (TPA) clients preferred.
• Multi-functional experience in claims management, claims administration and/or account management desirable.
• Proven decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
