Job summary

Paylocity in Meridian, ID is seeking an Account Manager II to resolve client payroll and HR system challenges and to nurture strong customer relationships through technical expertise. You will deliver outstanding service via phone, Zoom, and email, acting as the primary contact within a dedicated client support team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year in a technical or customer-facing role, with strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills, and a proactive, team-oriented

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 1 year in technical support, call center ops, or other high-volume customer-facing role.
• Experience in customer service or client interfacing role.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office with proficiency in Excel.
• Strong written communication skills for business correspondence.
• Team player with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Issue Resolution - Maintain availability, manage workloads, troubleshoot and resolve client issues, escalate when needed.
• Client Focus - Champion clients' interests, deliver clear resolutions, collaborate with internal experts to provide solutions.
• Timely Solution Delivery - Prioritize on-time delivery per client requirements and service metrics (availability, adherence, first call & case resolution, retention).
• Leverage Resources - Source and validate answers, document issues per payroll policies, embrace feedback for improvement.
• System Capabilities - Navigate systems, maintain knowledge of Paylocity products and partners.
• Team Player - Work cross-functionally and share insights to support team goals.
