Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a Client Manager in Waco, TX to lead a care team and manage client intake, assessments, and ongoing visits. The role emphasizes coordination of home care services and maintaining accurate client records in the VividCare system.

Ideal candidates have supervisory healthcare experience, strong communication, and reliable transportation. The position is on-site with a Monday–Friday schedule and salary based on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 60+ hours of college coursework.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in healthcare; substitution option available.

Responsibilities

• Receives and conducts client intake and assessment and periodic visits to clients' locations.
• Manages team of Caregivers, including interviewing, hiring, orienting, training, performance evaluations, and coaching.
• Supervises client services to ensure client needs are met and plan of care is followed to company standards.
• Maintains client information in VividCare system, including inputting client information, tracking insurance, and contract authorizations.
• Coordinates requests for home care services and initiation of care, gathers necessary case information, checks Caregiver availability, and schedules initial Caregivers based on case requirements and availability.
• Cultivates new and existing relationships with current referral sources in partnership with sales team.
