Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of supervisory experience in healthcare or related setting.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance are required.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for a segment of the branch team.
• Oversee day-to-day activities including staffing, scheduling, risk management, and compliance.
• Drive business development initiatives and achieve client, caregiver, and referral source satisfaction goals.
• Ensure on-call coverage and support for clients and field staff.
