Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a Client Service Manager in Waco, TX. You will lead a segment of the branch team, drive service delivery, and oversee operations to meet patient and referral goals.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 60+ college credits, and 2+ years of supervisory healthcare experience. On-site schedule, with on-call rotation, benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 60 hours or more of college coursework.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based setting.
• Flexibility: 1 year of leadership experience + 30 hours of college credit can substitute.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for a branch segment and drive business development.
• Manage overall operations of the branch segment and ensure quality and satisfaction goals.
• Implement business initiatives successfully.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of the assigned team including recruiting, scheduling, and HR needs.
• Ensure on-call oversight and support for clients and field staff.
• Identify and source cross-referral opportunities within the branch.
