The Branch Client Service Manager II is responsible for delivering high-quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients through the day-to-day account management of an assigned group of accounts within a Branch. This role reports directly to the Branch Client Service Director or Supervisor. The manager contributes to client retention, satisfaction, and the achievement of revenue and operational targets. Key duties include managing accounts profitably, building client relationships, leading renewal processes, and selling additional services.
Required: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of client service and/or claims management experience, or a High School diploma/GED with 8+ years of experience. Producer's License. Ability to travel up to 25%. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Appropriate licensing as required.
Preferred: Insurance knowledge, experience managing client relationships, and strong financial acumen.
