Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Client Services Manager in Yorktown, VA to join our Medicare-certified Home Health Senior Living Office. You will lead client services, coordinate scheduling, and build relationships with clients and referral sources.

The role emphasizes supervisory responsibilities, strong EMR skills, and a commitment to compassionate, reliable home health care with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred or Associates minimum.
• Prior knowledge of Medicare and OASIS is a plus.
• Prior medical office or home care experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience a plus.
• Strong computer skills with electronic medical records.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and quality home care.
• Coordinate client services and manage emergent scheduling issues.
• Manage your Client Services Manager caseload.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations.
• Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team.
• Monitor metrics for fiscal management of your caseload.
• Partner with Clinical Managers to supervise field employees.

Responsibilities for a Client Services Manager:

• Provide superior customer service and quality home care
• Focus on managing coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues
• Manage your Client Services Manager caseload
• Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations
• Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team
• Maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload by monitoring metrics (admissions, % Medicare, referrals rejected by reason, etc.)
• Client Services Managers will partner with Clinical Managers to provide supervision and support to field employees

Qualifications for a Client Services Manager:

• Bachelor degree is preferred, Associates at minimum.
• Prior knowledge of/experience with Medicare and OASIS a plus
• Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
• Prior supervisory experience a plus
• Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement)
• Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
• Strong computer skills required (electronic medical record)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
