Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a Client Service Manager in Amarillo, TX. This role leads a segment of the branch team, drives care quality and business development, and ensures compliance with policies.

Strong supervisory experience in healthcare and excellent communication skills are required, with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive salary, and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 60 hours or more of college coursework.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based setting.
• (We're flexible: 1 year of leadership experience + 30 hours of college credit can substitute.)
• Home care, caregiving, or staffing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for a segment of the branch team and oversee business development initiatives.
• Manage overall operations of a segment of the branch team, ensuring quality and satisfaction goals and compliance.
• Implement business initiatives and oversee day-to-day staffing, recruiting, scheduling, timekeeping, and HR needs.
• Ensure on-call oversight and support for clients and field staff needs.
• Identify and source cross-referral opportunities within the branch.
• Ensure adherence to company policy, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
