The ideal candidate has scheduling and supervisory experience and excels in fast-paced environments, building positive relationships with clients, caregivers, and referral partners.

You will supervise caregivers, manage employee scheduling, ensure proper documentation, and conduct home visits.

Qualifikationen

• Requires Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Nursing, Social Services, or related field per regulatory requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable, independent worker with good judgement.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.

• Oversee quality care and overall client satisfaction.
• Supervise and guide Caregivers providing direct care.
