Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and quality home care.
• Focus on managing coordination of client services and scheduling issues.
• Manage Client Services Manager caseload while proactively growing it.
• Build relationships with clients, referral sources, and community organizations.
• Maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload.
• Partner with Clinical Managers to provide support to field employees.
