Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Client Services Manager for our State College, PA Pediatric Home Care office. You will lead client services, coordinate schedules, grow your caseload, and build strong relationships with families, referral sources, payors, and community partners.

In this role you will work with Clinical Managers and office leadership to drive quality care, engagement, and growth. If you are ambitious, entrepreneurial, and customer-focused, this is your opportunity to advance

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Prior medical office or home care experience preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience a plus.
• Demonstrated success achieving goals and taking on increased responsibility.

• Strong computer skills, including electronic medical record experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Monitor key metrics, including admissions, referrals, and caseload performance
• Partner with Clinical Managers to provide supervision and support to field employees
• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction, employee engagement, and service delivery
• Take on increasing responsibility and leadership opportunities as you grow

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Manager in our State College, PA Pediatric Home Care office .
