Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Harrisburg, PA is hiring a Client Services Manager for our Senior Living Office to coordinate high-quality home health services and build strong relationships with clients, families, referral partners, and your team.

You will oversee scheduling, staff coordination, grow an assigned caseload through service excellence, monitor admissions and outcomes, and collaborate with Clinical Managers to support field staff and drive office growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with Medicare and OASIS a plus.
• Healthcare, home care, or medical office experience preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

The Client Services Manager will:

• Monitor key operational and financial metrics, including admissions and referral outcomes
• Partner with Clinical Managers to provide support and supervision to field employees

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Prior knowledge of or experience with Medicare and OASIS a plus
• Previous medical office, healthcare, or home care experience preferred
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
• Demonstrated success in achieving goals and taking on increasing levels of responsibility
• Ambition and desire to grow and advance within the organization
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
