ADP is seeking a Director of Product Marketing for Lyric HCM in Alpharetta, GA. You will own messaging, positioning, and customer-facing content for the Lyric HCM suite, partnering with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing to communicate differentiated value.

You will translate market insights into actionable plans, create compelling launch materials, and drive adoption of new capabilities in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Strategy, Sales Enablement, Competitive Strategy, Industry Analysis, or related discipline.
• Experience marketing enterprise software, SaaS, HCM, ERP, or related technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop positioning, messaging, and value propositions for Lyric HCM domains across ADP.
• Create compelling narratives, sales content, and launch materials.
• Partner with Product Management to translate strategy and roadmap into market stories.
• Lead go-to-market planning for product launches and enhancements.
• Develop buyer personas and market segmentation to improve engagement.
