• Build and maintain relationships with key contacts in assigned client portfolios.
• Lead and coach Account Managers to meet performance metrics and goals.
• Plan strategically with Account Managers using survey results and NPS feedback to drive retention and growth.
• Facilitate team meetings and coordinate training needs.
