Job summary

SPS is seeking a Client Services Lead to oversee mail and office services at the East Meadow site. You will manage inbound/outbound mail, shipping/receiving, and office supply replenishment while ensuring equipment is functional and the front desk operates smoothly.

You will also backstop reception duties and contribute to a professional, efficient workplace. Strong communication, organization, and independent work abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience preferred.
• 1+ year of lead experience preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Able to work assigned hours as determined by the manager.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service to all employees and stakeholders.
• Handle inbound/outbound mail, shipping, and receiving duties.
• Distribute mail/packages and notify staff on delivery status.
• Maintain and stock office supplies and operating equipment.
• Support front-desk functions and perform light maintenance and cleaning.
