Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years in progressive client-facing roles at a high level.
• Obtain Orion Industry Certification.
• Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and works effectively with people at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage team members to ensure an unparalleled advisor experience.
• Measure, document, and report performance metrics at the team and individual level.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to team members ensuring accountability and development.
• Analyze servicing effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Coach and review team performance regularly.
• Interact with advisors/clients to resolve servicing concerns and strengthen relationships to help grow their business.
• Coordinate business activities across departments including sales, operations, product, and development.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure accuracy and ease of use for Orion and its clients.
• Ensure compliance with industry and Orion requirements across the team.
• Monitor client NPS scores and drive improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation.
