You will own client relationships, translate complex needs into actionable plans, and coordinate across teams to ensure seamless delivery and proactive issue management. You will embed within client organizations, build executive relationships, and advocate for client priorities while representing Orion in internal discussions.

Qualifications

• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Strong communication with executives and stakeholders.
• Proven track record in client success and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Embed deeply within the client's organization to learn structure, processes, and goals.
• Build trusted relationships across client organizations from operations to executives.
• Serve as the primary client-facing contact for operational, technical, or strategic needs.
• Own client-facing escalations with proactive updates and follow-through.
• Collaborate with Elite Client Delivery Manager to route issues and maintain visibility.
