Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in progressive client-facing roles at a high level.
• Obtain Orion Industry Certification.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage team members to ensure an unparalleled advisor experience.
• Measure, document, and report performance metrics at team and individual level.
• Provide leadership and mentoring, ensuring accountability and development.
• Analyze servicing effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Coach and review team performance regularly.
• Interact with advisors/clients to resolve servicing concerns and strengthen relationships.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, product, and development across departments.
• Manage vendor relationships for accuracy and ease of use.
