Job summary

Orion is seeking a Client Services Manager in a hybrid role based near a company office in Nebraska. You will lead the client services team, ensure exceptional advisor and client experiences, and drive business growth by strengthening relationships and coordinating cross-department activities.

The role requires strong leadership, a background in financial services, a Bachelor's degree, and at least 3 years of client-facing experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the financial services industry and Orion processes.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities with urgency.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with team, clients, and stakeholders.
• Proven track record in client relationship management and delivering exceptional service.
• Professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in client service.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive client-facing experience at a high level.
• Orion Industry Certification to be obtained.
• Ability to own and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage team members to ensure an unparalleled advisor experience.
• Measure, document, and report performance metrics at team and individual level.
• Provide leadership and mentoring with accountability and development.
• Analyze team servicing effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Ongoing coaching and performance reviews for team members.
• Interact with advisors/clients to resolve servicing concerns and strengthen relationships.
• Coordinate activities across sales, operations, product, and development.
• Manage vendor relationships for accuracy and ease of use.
• Ensure compliance with industry and Orion requirements across the team.
• Monitor client NPS, analyze feedback, and implement improvements.
