Job summary

Orion is seeking a Director, Client Services in Omaha, NE to lead a multi-person team in a hybrid role with three onsite days per week. You will guide client-service strategy, drive quarterly goals with the VP, and ensure top-tier advisor and investor experiences.

You will manage hiring, performance, and development while collaborating with other departments to optimize processes, improve service quality, and maintain compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 10 years of customer services-related or multi-ops team experience.
• 3–5 years of management/leadership experience.
• Experience in financial services industry.
• Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, training, development, and performance of department staff.
• Set goals, structures, and processes to support growth and efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional projects and coordinate with other departments.
• Monitor KPIs and provide leadership, guidance, and escalation as needed.
• Mentor senior managers and plan leadership succession.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
