Job summary

Responsibilities include onboarding, escalation management, cross-functional coordination, and delivering timely financial statements and tax filings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years in client services/account management.
• Experience in fractional or outsourced accounting is desirable.
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial statement prep; payroll/tax reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned client portfolio and maintain regular check-ins.
• Lead onboarding with clear expectations on deliverables and timelines.
• Conduct periodic reviews to assess satisfaction and evolving needs.
• Coordinate with fractional CFOs and bookkeeping staff to resolve issues.
• Oversee payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end close for clients.
• Prepare and file state tax reports and payroll tax reports.
