Qualifications

• Broad accounting, tax, financial reporting, and day-to-day business support expertise for clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact and trusted advisor for small-to-medium businesses and multi-national subsidiaries.
• Lead and oversee accounting operations, including general ledger, monthly/quarterly/year-end close, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate corporate tax provisions, estimated payments, and filings with tax specialists to ensure compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff; oversee workload, review deliverables, and provide performance feedback.
• Identify opportunities to improve clients' accounting operations, internal controls, and reporting processes.
• Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring high-quality service, resource allocation, and client satisfaction.
