Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Director of Client Services in Fort Lauderdale to lead and coordinate initiatives for new business development and client satisfaction. You will manage ongoing client relationships, address issues, and provide timely reports and updates to clients.

You will drive growth by identifying potential clients, presenting proposals, and aligning client services with annual goals and budgets. Strong leadership and bilingual English/Spanish are preferred.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage ongoing relationships with existing clients, addressing feedback and resolving issues.
• Identify potential clients and develop strategies for new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present formal proposals and coordinate the sales cycle to close new business.
• Develop internal communications and CRM processes to support client activities and reporting.
