Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a client services professional to strengthen relationships with existing clients and coordinate communications. You will relay client feedback, resolve issues promptly, and contribute to service strategy and reporting.

The role supports business development through market monitoring and detailed reporting, while helping prepare client communications and collateral material. Collaboration with brokers and internal teams is required.

• Supports ongoing relationships with existing clients and ensures timely communication with client representatives.
• Requests and reviews client feedback on performance and service.
• Addresses and resolves client complaints, concerns, issues, and requests with urgency.

• Provides input into establishing annual business goals for the client services group.
• Supports new business development strategies by monitoring market information and trends.
• Prepares detailed market reports for senior management and recommends actions to secure business relationships.
• Develops and distributes communication materials to current and future clients about the company and its offerings.
• Leads or participates in due diligence assignments and liaises with brokers for new fee management opportunities.
• Monitors client satisfaction through surveys, identifies themes, and proposes cost-effective solutions.
