Job summary

Aon is seeking an Enterprise Client Leader to oversee relationships with our most strategic clients across geographies and solution lines. You will drive retention and growth by uniting client teams and engaging senior decision-makers to understand business priorities and deliver one firm solutions.

The role reports to the Regional Head of Enterprise Clients and collaborates with industry leaders, marketing, and growth operations to align resources and execute our commitments.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of client industry and ability to access resources by industry.
• Ability to build executive relationships across buying centers and translate objectives into outcomes.
• Understanding client markets and linking strategy to Aon capabilities.
• Identify client needs, articulate problems, and mobilize internal resources.
• Solid understanding of client financials and strategy for discussion with teams.
• Strong client-centric communication and ability to influence internally and with clients.
• Proven team leadership and cross-functional coordination across projects.

Responsibilities

• Drives business results for at least five enterprise clients, across regions and solution lines.
• Assembles and aligns resources to deliver client value creation and global standards.
• Influences leaders to ensure excellent service and regular planning sessions.
• Participates in Aon IQ training and knowledge sharing.
• Maintains understanding of Aon services and communicates full value to clients.
• Role models partnership, integrity, and respect to serve clients.
• Communicates effectively and provides feedback to elevate team success.
