Job summary

City National Bank of Florida is seeking a Client Services Lead to manage processing requests from Relationship Managers, handle deposits and loan inquiries, and maintain strong client relationships. You will oversee onboarding of new clients, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with various departments for seamless banking service.

The role requires 8–10 years in client service, deep banking product knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of client service experience, and leading a team preferably in the financial service industry.
• In-depth knowledge of banking products.
• Demonstrated ability to handle more complex customer service needs.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Process requests from Relationship Managers and Client Services Officers by entering them into systems.
• Process transactions within signature-authority limits to support RM.
• Respond to Deposit and Loan requests to ensure client satisfaction.
• Initiate contact with clients to provide superior service.
