Job summary

City National Bank of Florida is seeking a Client Services Lead to manage processing of requests from Relationship Managers and Client Services Officers, ensuring accurate entry and timely responses. The role supports deposits, loans, and onboarding, coordinating with electronic banking and Treasury Management.

You will supervise client servicing activities, maintain account documentation, and uphold regulatory and security policies while driving client satisfaction and cross-selling

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of client service experience and team leadership experience.
• In-depth knowledge of banking products.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong PC skills; Loan Origination Systems experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process requests from Relationship Managers or Client Services Officers by entering into the appropriate systems.
• Process transactions within signature- authority limits to support RM.
• Respond to deposits and loan requests and inquiries promptly to retain clients.
• Proactively contact clients to provide superior service.
• Handle loan servicing requests (advances, pay-downs, statements, billing issues, etc.).
• On-board new clients by opening and processing accounts, products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of client relationships and ensure proper documentation and disclosures.
