You will handle inquiries, educate clients, negotiate with carriers, update records in our agency management system, and identify opportunities to upsell where appropriate. Responsibilities

• Work with customers and carriers to handle incoming service requests, informing and recommending to clients and underwriters.
• Manage new and renewal insurance marketing: negotiate with carriers, prepare presentations, collect client information, and order policies.
• Perform analysis to determine coverage acceptability and provide recommendations.
• Update client information accurately in the agency management system.
• Identify and pursue up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with colleagues.
• Deliver effective and efficient customer service with the sales and service team.
• Follow company policies, maintain documentation, and ensure confidentiality.
