Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of call center experience in banking.
• Basic knowledge of call center protocols and client servicing.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with questions, complaints, and banking inquiries across channels.
• Provide Online Banking and Bill Payment support.
• Identify potential fraud and follow established procedures to mitigate risk.
• Maintain knowledge of bank policies and regulatory requirements.
