Job summary

Cabin Editing Company in New York is seeking a dynamic Client Services team member to join our high-end post-production facility. No post-production experience required, but an interest in advertising/production/editorial is a great fit.

You will help manage client relationships, coordinate office needs, and support the team as we mentor talent. This role offers growth toward editing or producing, with responsibilities spanning office management, event planning, and basic finance tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong client services and customer service skills with relationship focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with active listening.
• Comfort with basic Finance tasks such as credit card reconciliation and budgeting meals.
• Experience in creative, media, or post-production environment is beneficial but not required.
• Experience in customer service environments (reception, food service, retail) helpful.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency with standard office and collaboration tools (email, spreadsheets, PM software).
• Ability to work with diverse teams and clients in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Office Management: Order meals for staff and clients, maintaining cleanliness throughout entire office (bays, bathrooms, personal work spaces), creating weekly schedules for current projects, and weekly restocking of office supplies (groceries, cleaning supplies, bathroom products).
• Event Planning: Assistance with planning for large scale events and high impact happy hours (100+ guests).
• Finance & Accounting: Responsible for tracking daily and monthly expenses, in addition to coding and charging receipts to their respective job.
