Our team is passionate about delivering top-notch editorial services.

Role Description

This is a Freelance hybrid role for a Client Services Coordinator located in Portland, OR. The Client Services Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining our office in Portland + all office vendors and client and staff hospitality. Daily tasks will include coordinating client requests, ensuring customer satisfaction, ordering, prepping and cleanup of meals in office and assisting with office administration.

Qualifications
  • Client Services, Communication, and Customer Service skills
  • Hospitality experience preferred
  • Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Portland, OR
  • Experience in the filmmaking or creative industry is a plus
  • Flexible schedule - Ability to work outside of business hours on longer work days and weekends as needed
